two This house is an excellent location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Having said that, it can be in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews talked about the outdoor spigot not working - it is actually still not working. Hence the house received lots of sand in it.

Great location very close to beach. Love the deck and sitting out to try to eat supper at sunset. Observed dolphins almost every working day! The place was the proper getaway and we loved coming back into a clean and roomy place after days on the beach!

This house has an awesome location, it’s right to the beach. We really appreciated our stay. The assets needs some improvements and upgrades.
that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. all the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off each of the beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out inside the early morning hours and when the Sunlight starts to set and they do bite. it was nothing that will keep you cannabis-business indoors though. there really are a handful of state parks inside the area and every one of them are beautiful. beautiful is surely an understatement for being honest! its a very family friendly place and never the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly family vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i possibly talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian go. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself.
